When i moved to the area a few years ago I was very worried about having to register with a new doctor (I had previously had such a great doctor who had known me for years ans helped me through some very difficult health issues). I cannot say how relieved I was to have found such a wonderful practice as Loxwood Medical Practice to register at. All the staff at the surgery are always very cheery and pleasant, but also professional, the doctor always listens to what i have to say and always has constructive advice to a solution. I have had various dealings with the receptionists, pharmacists, and of course doctor Emma Woodcock and I would highly recommend the surgery and all the staff. It is never nice to have to visit the doctors but I think this is the best experience you can hope for 10/10.

Dr Woodcock is a very compassionate professional doctor who has a warm, gentle manner and always takes the time to listen to the patient. I have every faith in her as a doctor and I know that my residents speak highly of her also. In my experience she has always been nothing less than thorough in her investigations.

With all the bad press nationally about GP practices I can only say how grateful and if lucky is the right word to have Dr Emma Woodcock as my GP . I recently have had to make more visits to my surgery in the last 12 months than the whole of my life. I have been able to get appointments which fit in with my work schedules and have been well supported especially by Dr Woodcock and the team. What makes a good team a good leader and skill practitioners Dr Woodcock is certainly that with her support I have become much more confident in managing my health and well being. Thank you Dr Woodcock.

I requested an emergency appointment at 2.30pm was seen by 4.15pm,was reassured, samples taken, and advised will be phoned as soon as results have been received. Dr Woodcock always listens and is very helpful in anyway she can be. All staff at this practice are very polite helpful and friendly. Will try to help with any problems you may have. Eileen Gay
