Dr Janes listened and asked insightful questions. Her suggestions for best way forward in overcoming my anxiety and depression were in tune with my (then) ability to receive and process information. I felt heard and that gave me the strength to finally seek formal counselling. This therapy in combination with antidepressants has been life changing.
I am grateful for Dr Janes for accepting me as her patient, for pointing me in the right direction and for her regular follow ups.
