Dr Emily Staples was most polite and pleasant and attentive. She took time to explain the medical issue and why there was concern. She explained the concerns related to my immune stats and related that back to my actual general well being so that I had a balanced view of the theoretical and real life issues/risks. She gave a balanced response to my questions around why, what and how that enabled me to better understand. I also received a good explanation of what happens next and why.
