Dr Staples immediately made me and my partner relaxed. She listened to what we had to say and answered our questions. She gave us constructive feedback with my current health situation speaking in laymens terms to ensure we understood what she was saying. It was so reassuring because we were able to understand my current situation. Dr Staples took the necessary action to help stop an on going problem I had for a while. If she could not deal with my problem she assured me she would speak to a specialist who could.. Finally I left my consultation understanding my situation.
