Dr Staples is a caring and compassionate listener. She gave me a thorough appointment in Immunology, and she had a lovely, kind and quiet manner. In addition to her wonderful interpersonal Doctor-Patient communication skills, she spent considerable time explaining my current immune status, and explained my symptoms in a really user-friendly way. She took in my whole medical complex history, and came up with an excellent treatment plan. She looked carefully to make sure there weren’t any drug interactions, and she showed me this on her screen, (this inspired confidence). I left the appointment feeling reassured and the ‘fear’ of my immune reactions were dampened down, due to Dr Staples caring and reassuring manner. Dr Staples is a clinician who really HAS made a huge positive impact on my life, as a patient. Thank you!
