For the most part, I have found there has been a remarkable change in my ability to stay focussed and remain on task. I have found myself being able to tackle things that previously I would have simply ignored, forgotten or started and failed to complete! I can't express how much more positive I feel about my life going forward. Dr Ghetau's diagnosis has enabled me to do a great deal of reflecting back over my life and so many things now make sense! I have talked a lot to my wife and children who have all supported my endeavours to make changes. I am also continuing to try and learn new strategies and methods to organise my work and private life. Obviously, these things are a work in progress but for the first time in my life, I feel optimistic about the future. I can't thank her enough for her skill and expertise in the are of ADHD she specialises in. After half a century of feeling, I was dragging around the dead weight of a buffalo on my shoulders I am sorry to say I had finally run out of all hope. Without her intervention, at this critical moment, I feel ashamed to say I have serious doubts that I would have to be around to write you this review at all.
