This was the first time I had consulted Dr Thomas. She listened carefully and sympathetically to the rather convoluted story of my recent falls and painful leg and typed notes. She examined me and took my blood pressure and asked details about my falls. she has referred me to the falls team and I was impressed to be contacted later that day. She has referred me to the Nurse to check my hearing.
My wife and I came away reassured.
