Dr Crisp listened patiently to me and took the trouble to read my hospital discharge notes. She followed it up with a referral for a scan and blood tests, which reassured me that I was being 'looked after'.
After a very thorough telephone conversation she arranged to see me face to face on two occasions despite the Covid restrictions.
All this and I was only a visitor to the area not a permanent resident.
I am very grateful.
