Dr Crisp listened patiently to me and took the trouble to read my hospital discharge notes. She followed it up with a referral for a scan and blood tests, which reassured me that I was being 'looked after'. After a very thorough telephone conversation she arranged to see me face to face on two occasions despite the Covid restrictions. All this and I was only a visitor to the area not a permanent resident. I am very grateful.

Dr Crisp is an excellent Doctor. She gives great advice which I always trust. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and I do not feel like I am being rushed. She is very easy to communicate with which makes me feel at ease & comfortable about discussing my problems with her. Dr Crisp is patient, empathetic, caring, respectful & always puts the patient first. Nothing is ever too much trouble & she is very thorough & prepared to "pick up the phone" and get things sorted. I've had to see Dr Crisp many times these past six months or so & she NEVER makes me feel like I'm being a nuisance. She always makes sure you are ok. I do not feel that anything needs to be improved & feel we always receive the best care from everyone at Nutwood Medical Practice. I am so glad that my family are registered with Nutwood :)
