What a refreshing change to see a busy well run clinic, the wait to see Dr Bakshi was very brief with the staff very helpful and friendly. The consultation it's self was very informative, my daughter and I felt reassured and completely at ease with the advice we received from this very efficient caring GENTLE man. Dr Bakshi's attention to detail is fantastic and being able to explain the complex issues involved in my daughters treatment clearly, is excellent. We didn't feel rushed in what is clearly a very busy clinic. He dictated his letter to my Health centre there and then enabling me to hear. The blood test was taken from my daughter within 10 minutes of leaving his room we didn't even have to leave the clinic area and he explained very clearly what will happen next. The behind the scenes organisation is very clear to see. The only criticism was the wait for the appointments previously to this, when her condition was more active. This time the appointment was postponed three times, but her condition is now less active after the excellent treatment given. D.Curtis
