Nothing to improve on the service with Dr Chan. He has always been polite, considerate to my medical needs, looks outside the box for a treatment plan and his appointments are almost always on time. Shows empathy and sympathy but has practical skills and knowledge in looking forward. A great asset to the service and the hospital.
