She always listens to your problem and then feeds back to you what she understands about your problem. She discusses what can be done and says what she is putting in your records.
She is very considerate about your needs.

After several months not feeling up to par, I visited Dr. Flather who listened to my description of symptoms and gave me a thorough examination. After diagnosing a chest infection from the examination, Dr. Flather still ordered a battery of blood tests to confirm and there were no other problems. Antibiotics were prescribed and after only a couple of days of antibiotics I felt so much better.
A chest X-ray was also ordered but by the time I had it done I was feeling quite fit again.
I felt really happy that I had had a very thorough examination.

Excellent care received by Dr Flather. She listened to me very carefully and answered any questions I had. I felt at ease and my problem was resolved. Excellent care was given, I would be happy to see her again.
