I don't like being told I have an "illness" especially when I feel completely fine and I don't really like being told to change my ways. However Dr Hooper was caring, sympathetic and didn't rush me. Looking back I must have been a real pain to talk to but she managed to gently persuade me of the error of my ways. I am really truly grateful to her as I feel much much better than I have felt in years. It just took someone like her to gently guide me. My wife also thinks you are amazing too.

Horrendous care saw her repeatedly while suffering from recurring health problems and every time she tried to blame my mental health as the cause never once actually listened or referred me for further investigation just blamed my mental health worse doctor I’ve ever seen!

Quite simply Dr Hooper is a superb GP in every way. She always has plenty of time for me and listens intently to my problem. Always friendly and thorough but above all very reassuring and I always come away feeling much happier than when I went in. However I must add that all the GPs I have met at Whitley House have always been wonderful. A highly recommended practice indeed. Many thanks for all your help over the last 25 odd years. Unlike some rather over critical and impatient people I also find the reception staff very friendly and helpful. They are often under considerable stress and deserve great respect for their hard work.
