Dr Uncles gave a fantastic insight into a anaesthesia issue I have always lived with but never really understood. He took the time to explain the information and then went away to investigate it further and kept me informed along the way. He was extremely kind and professional and I came out of the appointment feeling very impressed with the level of care I had received. A credit to the NHS.
