I went to Goring Hall Hospital to have surgery on my knee. David Uncles saw me pre-operatively and explained everything. He was very re-assuring and had a very calming influence on me. I agreed with him to have a spinal anaesthetic. In the theatres he told me he has given me some mild sedatives and the next thing I knew was that my operation was finished. I did not feel the spinal needle or the operation. He saw me post operatively on the ward and also the next day to make sure that there were no problems. I will totally recommend him as their anaesthetist to my family and friends.
