David was excellent in every way, he was professional, calm, courteous, caring, knowledgeable and listened to my questions, I felt totally at ease / comfort and in the hands of a professional. All things were explained to my satisfaction. A suggestion on what would have helped me (but in no way detracts from the comments above) was the impact of the anaesthesia, drugs, operation in respect to bowels being blocked after, this caused me some issues until I managed to get some laxatives into me as bloating was really hurting my belly button hernia operation/area.
