Following a bad experience with another procedure I was nervous about having another spinal block and had set my mind to general anaesthetic. Mr Uncles allayed my fears in a trustworthy and reassuring manner. Answered all my questions. Decided to accept his advice and had a spinal block. So glad I did, procedure went well and am now recovering
So grateful for his kindness, professionalism and caring attitude. Would highly recommend
