Doctor Sheppard carried out an Endoscopy after a previous unsuccessful one by another consultant. He was everything a good doctor/consultant should be, professional, caring and carried out a procedure which at the best can be disconcerting.
It was unfortunate that he was not available for the follow up consultancy.
