Dr. Riley approach/manner was excellent. He asked appropriate questions, listened and gave advice. He was also very empathetic and caring. He carried out a thorough symptom assessment, discussed possibilities and made recommendations. Our questions were answered and we left feeling more reassured about plans for the future. For future palliative patients, we would have found it more reassuring if we could have met with Dr. Riley earlier i.e. when a patient is passed to the Palliative Care Team. Thank you.
