As a family we never felt rushed, our opinions felt valued and no question seemed too daft! Although he must be very busy, Dr Riley always gave the impression he had all the time in the world to listen to our concerns and to help my Dad to cope with his symptoms and diagnosis. He treated us with compassion and understanding and we are truly grateful.
