Dr Rawaf treated me in A&E in UCLH July 2019. He was outstanding. I actually was just visiting London from Newcastle upon Tyne so a long way from home! I had a badly broken wrist was in a lot of pain and felt very unwell. Following an X-ray Dr Rawaf introduced himself and explained that I had a nasty displaced fracture and it would need manipulation under anaesthetic. He explained in detail the process he answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns of which there was many!!! He reassured me at every step of the way and I felt SAFE which as a patient is key. Following the manipulation he continued to make sure that I had all relevant letters medication and X-Rays as well as clear instructions for my return to Newcastle. From start to finish he was a true professional kind compassionate courteous and he treated me with dignity and respect (even after I asked if he was any good at wrist manipulation!!). I absolutely highly recommend Dr Rawaf an outstanding Doctor.
