Dr Rawaf was very welcoming and professional and my interaction with him did not feel rushed. He was approachable and positive. He also made me feel very comfortable and asked on several occassions whether I understood what he had explained and I was grateful for this.
I was extremely impressed with the way Dr Rawaf explained the diagnosis/ treatment because he described it in a simple and clear way. He also gave me some practical examples and this really helped me to understand better.
I think Dr Rawaf is a credit to the NHS and UCL Hospital is very lucky to have him. Its Doctors like him that really make a difference/ leave a positive lasting impression on patients and the community at large.
