When being treated by Dr O'Reilly his manner and protocol has always been exemplary. His determination to improve my standard of life has been a great comfort and I feel that he has made every possible effort to help me get on top of my condition.
He has always been willing to listen to my concerns and has always provided good information and answers to any of my queries.
The whole rheumatology department at WSH have been fantastic with me and I find it very hard to provide constructive suggestions for Dr O'Reilly or the team.
My only constructive suggestion would be for the NHS to give consultants the power to help patients skip the 'jumping through hoops' process to finally get to see them if they believe their case warrants it.
