Dr O'Reilly was very careful to ask lots of important questions and spend time thoroughly checking me over before making the decision that I was suffering with GCA. Once he had completed this first appraisal he quickly moved into action organising a temple artery biopsy at West Suffolk and the appropriate medicines. He has been great at explaining everything all he way through my treatment and explored new medicines to help move on my stubborn illness.
He has a great style consulting with me to make decisions that work for me rather than just dictating the next stage as a standard conveyor line type answer.
He gives his patients time and listens to concerns and responds with easy to understand solutions.
