I had suffered with severe/extreme pain for over 12 months that had stopped me doing my sports that I love and was suffering with a Sports Man's hernia. I had a Lloyd Release procedure and afterwards I was walking and moving well, after two weeks I was running . After 4-6 weeks I was running 5K several times a week and circuit training. I can not recommend Dr Lloyd enough, without his treatment and intervention I would still be in pain. Thank you Dr Lloyd, world class surgeon.

I was in agony with torn groin ligament and hernia when first introduced to Prof. David Lloyd at the Nuffield having that very day come out of hip replacement surgery. My condition was immediately diagnosed and when David agreed to operate the following day - adjusting his heavy work load to accommodate me. In fact putting me to the front of his list and I suspect missing his breakfast. The care I received can only be described as first class. The operation was a complete success for which I am eternally grateful. David's bed side manner so reassuring and kind. What a lovely person and clearly at the top his game. Thank you David,
