From the outset Dr Fox was courteous and professional, but at the same time he was very personable. He listened carefully and responded in a clear and understandable way; his approach and manner was reassuring and as a result we had confidence in his overall knowledge and capability, and felt sufficiently at ease to ask questions at any point.
At our first consultation, Dr Fox outlined his thoughts and explained the ascending progression of investigative/treatment options that were available, depending on the results at each stage.
Based on my experiences, I would recommend Dr Fox to others and I would return to him myself should the need arise in the future.
