I have been a Type 1 diabetic for over 40 years, and it has ruined my life. However, the surgery I am registered at now (Greystone House, Redhill) is without a doubt the finest I have dealt with in over four decades, and the finest GP I have ever met is David Aslett. I have never met such a pro-active health professional, and I can honestly say that his timely interventions have probably saved me from utter catastrophe on several occasions. It is noteworthy that ALL the staff, from the Reception staff to the practice doctors, are a genuine team, and the atmosphere is most welcoming and not at all intimidating. It is notable, I think, that the turnover in staff is very low. Due to ongoing problems, I attend the surgery at least twice a week, and the nursing staff have shown me the most extraordinary kindness and consideration. So my thanks also go to Nina Hills, Sue MacPherson, Angela Earl, Sophie Tuckwell, Lizzie Read and Juliet Faircliffe. I shall never be able to repay the debt I owe you all. I have dealt with many health professionals; none compare to the Greystone House "family" and my friend, Dr Aslett.
