I was diagnosed in October 2018 with breast and bone cancer. I was referred to Dan as my oncologist.............and whoever made that decision I thank you. When everything is a blur to begin with regular calls were made before a started my chemotherapy and I went in much calmer than if I hadn’t had the support. Being told the scariest news you need reassurance and I have to say that that is how I feel after I see him for my monthly appointment.
I’m really lucky to have the most amazing husband but you need the medical support too. We try and travel a lot and I need regular bloods and scans but Dan ensures we can juggle things to make sure this can happen.
He makes me determined to live my life as normally as is possible, and feel safe, and for this we both thank him to let us be as normal as we can when living with cancer
