Listened attentively and took on board my telling of my history, my aspirations and expectations. Explained clearly my options and gave clear advice. His enthusiasm for the work was infectious. Supported through the plan to successful outcome. Gave me complete confidence in the process and people.
Would have appreciated direct email access, but secretarial service was faultless.
