I have been a patient at this surgery for over 15 years. All the doctors, nurses and admin staff have always given an excellent and friendly service and continue to do so in difficult times
Over the last few years there has been an increase in patients due to more property being built in the area and therefore putting more pressure on Doctors etc.
I would suggest that councils think a bit more before they allow developers to build 9 flats where there as onc one house. They never build more Surgeries to cope with the influx of patients. I would also have a system where patients are charged if they fail to turn up for an appointment continually.
Dr Matthews, and fellow doctors at whyteleafe surgery, is a very thorough, good doctor and we are very lucky to have them
