Was generous in her nature, visiting me at home a few times. She listened to me and took my opinion on board to change medications and consider symptoms. The process of identifying care needs and coming to practical changes was very methodical and well informed. At the time I felt recent medication changes were out of my hands and the tablets made me feel truly awful and I broke down in tears asking for it to be reverted back. This was achieved.
