I visited the out of hours service at RSCH yesterday and was seen by Dr D Vinayagam. I was seen promptly and Dr Vinayagam was charming, which put me at ease: he was thorough in his questioning and examination, listened carefully to my history and concerns and reassured me. He also gave me clear and precise instructions about what I should do if my symptoms got worse. I really couldn't have asked for more and went away relieved at having such a positive experience.
