After a call to 111 on Sunday, I took my daughter to RSCH to be seen. We saw the doctor promptly, he even called a few minutes earlier than our appointment time to say he was free, just incase we were waiting in the car park. He instantly acknowledged my daughter, putting her mind at rest. He listened actively to myself and partner when we raised our concerns about the problems. He thoroughly checked over my daughter, engaging with her beautifully the whole time, managing to keep her calm and at ease. He then discussed what he thought was the issue and gave appropriate medicine for us to go home with. We had been having problems for a long period of time and had seen previous doctors who ignored our concerns. Dr Vinayagam listened and reassured us which was just what we needed as parents. If I could chose to have this doctor anytime we had an issue, I 100% would knowing we would have the absolute best cate given to us.

I visited the out of hours service at RSCH yesterday and was seen by Dr D Vinayagam. I was seen promptly and Dr Vinayagam was charming, which put me at ease: he was thorough in his questioning and examination, listened carefully to my history and concerns and reassured me. He also gave me clear and precise instructions about what I should do if my symptoms got worse. I really couldn't have asked for more and went away relieved at having such a positive experience. Thank you.
