Previously I explained my experience this morning so I will not go into detail again but I felt listened too, I was not made to feel my apt was a waste of time and there is a plan of action to relieve me of the problem. Nothing could have been done to give me greater care. My original apt. was with a nurse in Calne and I saw a trainee GP under the direction of Dr Else which was perfect. The trainee was confident and reassuring and knew how to help my problem which was perfect. Dr Else only intervened at the end when I just needed her input that everything suggested was correct. Changing my apt. was an excellent idea and wise use of everyone’s time as it helped me get a result quicker and offered the trainee the experience that she obviously needs.
