I have now seen Dr. Else on two occasions, both during this epidemic. She went that extra mile on both occasions. Not only did she deal with my main problem but on each occasion dealt with another problem that I had not felt I should make an appointment for. Both problems she considered very important and went on to give me the appropriate treatment. I felt cared for as a person not just another patient.
