Dr Bernat helped me through a really low point in my life. She genuinely cares about her patients and listens thoroughly. She understood my needs and medication, and together we finally found something that works.
I've been a client of hers for 4 years, and I've gone from seeing her every week to 3 or 4 times a year!
I will say that after a number sessions discussing reoccurring issues, she did take on a more 'tough love' approach, and while that worked for me, it may not work for others.
I absolutely recommend Dr Bernat!
