After spending a lot of money and time seeing Dr Claudia Bernat my advice to others would be to please PLEASE try to see a psychiatrist that also works for a period of time in the NHS. I would not trust my health and sanity with anyone who only treats patients privately as you will not be getting the care you deserve. I hope this helps future patients.
