Very unhelpful. Sarcastic approach to my very real and serious problems.
When i emailed her after 2 sessions and spending £640 (£320 per hour) stating that i feel her sessions set me back instead of forward and wasted time that i could have spent with the new Doctor i found, she was very dismissive.
I am very lucky to have found someone else who is absolutely amazing, caring and helpful unlike Claudia Bernat.
