Very poor leadership

I cannot speak too highly of this Doctor. She is everything a patient could want; she listens carefully, shows true empathy, is insightful in her professional judgement and effective in getting the best and most appropriate treatment, for her patients. I have known this doctor for over 12 years and this is always how I have found her. It is a family medical crisis however that has prompted me to write something online. Dr. Hayward went beyond the call of duty when we were at our 'wits end' and brought some sanity to a difficult and complex situation. I cannot thank her enough.

She is the best GP I have ever had. She has seen me through some very hard times. She works with me and always listens. She has a lovely sense of humour and I always come out feeling uplifted.I have a rare physical and mental long term condition and she can deal with both. She is brilliant with my daughter who has the same condition. Everyone speaks highly of her. Professionals and patients.
