Awful practise- the most uncaring admin staff I've ever encountered.
Extortionately expensive for such little compassion or care.
Dr Koen dishes out medication then retracts it. He is unreachable, refused to post prescriptions recorded- leading to accusations of abuse (from Laura his vile receptionist) when one didn't arrive.
I really can't explain how utterly humiliated and let down I have been by this doctor and his staff. I have been forced to present at A&E in crisis because he just won't help me.
Save your money and your mental health, because this practise will not make you feel worthy and safe at all.
