Mental health care in this country is poor and it's because there are too many amateurish psychiatrists like Chris. He seems to think there's a pill for every ill. He certainly got me very drugged up. It felt like psychological concussion- I was too confused and disorientated to be very depressed. The withdrawal effects were very unpleasant, I had taper off very gradually. I'm now doing well with counseling and no medication. Caution advised.
