My 87yr old father took a fall and ended up in hospital. Dr Kakad and Dr Matgews both made themselves aware of his vulnerability. Treated him with respect and patience. Both made sure that I was kept informed as my father could get confused. They would call me after consultations and were quick to refer him to a specialist fall clinic. My daughters both choose to see either of these Dr's and it was summed up by one if them (who does not go to the doctors very often) by saying 'when I see him, I feel he listens and I am not wasting his time' Both these doctors have EXCELLENT bedside manner and explain the diagnosis clearly etc.
