My son was in to have grommets and his adenoids removed. I was very anxious and dr marshall explained everything that was going to happen, he took his time in making sure we understood what was happening and we felt comfortable. He was extremely kind and attentive. My son felt extremely comfortable and happy in his care, as they ran down the corridor together with their arms out. Thankyou for your kindness and patience.
