Dr Marshall immediately put me at ease prior to my operation. He sat at my level & spoke directly to me as an individual & and not just another patient on his list. He gave me time and every opportunity to asked questions, also discussed how they would take my blood pressure via my leg. When giving the anaesthetic I felt no discomfort & the bruising to my hand is minimal ( which is amazing as I bruise very easily).
He passed by when I was in Recovery & immediately acknowledged me & asked how I was.
