My daughter was quite anxious about her op but was only saying today about how nice the staff were that cared for her after she had her operation. Dr Marshall got a special mention though for making her feel at ease and less worried , she said he had really kind blue eyes . He had a great way with her (loved the way he spoke to her about what would happen) and a really calm, professional manner .
Thank you for turning a stressful situation upside down.
