Dr Marshall, at admitting took time to clearly explain what would happen for the anaesthetic in a caring, warm and engaged manner. He enquired about my asthma both triggers and it’s state, as well as my allergies and any issue with what was being proposed. He was positive and reassuring about the procedure.This was appreciated as it was my first operation at the age of 57 yrs.
Just prior to the operation he was there as he said he would me reassuring and smiling, chatting away about a recent cricket match he had played in at my school.
My whole experience was very positive.
