My daughter came in over christmas for a scheduled ear procedure. Obviously as parents, both my husband and I were very worried about how the procedure might go. Dr Christopher Marshall was amazing at putting our fears to rest. He was very professional but with such an approachable, down to earth nature to him. I felt in very safe hands. And he was amazing at communicating with my daughter on her level.
