Dr C Marshall was so friendly which automatically was calming. He went through step by step the procedure in an understanding manner throughout asking if myself or my daughter had any questions. When she was put to sleep he made sure it was a way she was comfortable with, she was allowed to have her comfort teddies and he even dressed them up as doctors with masks. My daughter asked about him after which was really lovely. The experience wasn't nice due to the pain of my daughter but Dr C Marshall made the experience alot more better. Thankyou so much for the care and kindness you brought to the day.
