First impressions of Dr Marshall were very good. He was very friendly putting us at ease very quickly, great communication skills, up to date with medical history explaining the procedure with ease, providing great understanding of timescales and processes.
Prior to the anaesthetic being administered he and his team created an environment which was relaxed but purposeful putting me at great ease.
Hopefully I won't see him again with good health but if I did I feel I would be in very safe, caring hands.
