Dr Marshall was lovely during my initially consultation prior to going through to the prep room. He took his time to speak with me and make sure i was happy with everything that was going to happen. He was easy to talk to and i felt calm before my procedure.
Once in the prep room, Dr Marshall and two other very lovely memebers of the team talked to me about our families and simply made me feel relaxed. I drifted off to sleep with happy thoughts in my mind knowing i was in safe hands.
